SUNSET KASHTA SEATING
Sit back on plush cushions and reconnect with nature and each other in a casual-chic setting lit by lanterns. (Starting November)
Seating Arrangement:
Wooden low seating with cushions on carpet.
Menu:
- All dishes served in a large tray and wrapped individually
- Starters: Walnut, Pear & Raspberry Salad (mixed greens, toasted walnut, blueberries, mandarin, sliced pears).
- Signature Sandwiches:
- Crispy Chicken Sandwich – golden-fried chicken, sautéed onions, dill pickles, spicy garlic aioli, toasted ciabatta.
- Cheese Steak Sandwich – sliced beef tenderloin, onion, green capsicum, cheese on multi-cereal bread.
- Grilled Halloumi Pesto Wrap – halloumi, tomato, cucumber, black olives, pesto, tortilla wrap.
- Sweets: Mini double chocolate cookie pie, mini mixed fruit tart.
- Arabic coffee, hot & cold beverages available.
- Shishah available at an extra charge.

NIGHT KASHTA
Enjoy views of the city lights twinkling on the horizon while tucking into a candle-lit dinner by the sea.
Seating Arrangement:
Tables, chairs, and floor seating with cushions on carpet.
Menu:
- Salads & Mezzeh Station – 4 cold mezzeh + 3 salads.
- BBQ Live Cooking – kofta, sujuk, makanek, shish taouk (original, spicy, pesto), beef burgers, halloumi skewers, BBQ chicken, beef hot dog, chicken wings, grilled vegetables.
- Shawarma & Tacos – chicken & beef shawarma, mini pita/saj/flatbread/samoon, crispy & soft taco shells.
- Signature Pizza – margherita, rustic Italian, pepperoni, farmer’s.
- Pasta Station – penne, fettuccine, spaghetti with bolognese, alfredo or arrabbiata sauce.
